If you're wondering if our electric blankets can be washed in the washing machine, the answer is yes! Just remember to disconnect the power cord from the wall before detaching the control cord from the heated product. Follow the instructions in the User Guide (PDF) provided with your purchase.

If you're having trouble with the indicator light on your controller flashing, simply turn the controller off, unplug it from the wall outlet, unplug the controller cord from the product, wait 30 seconds, reconnect ensuring the arrows are properly aligned, and push the control button until the temperature is on high.

If your product is not producing enough heat or is not working properly, try folding it and testing it for 30 minutes to see if it works (make sure to place it flat for normal use).
