Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your electric heating pad, follow these washing instructions carefully. First, disconnect the pad from the outlet and detach the Pad Connector from the Control Connector. Then, wash the pad by hand or in an automatic washer using slow agitation and normal spin speed. Start by filling the washer with warm water and adding a minimal amount of all-purpose detergent. Agitate the water to dissolve the detergent before measuring the heating pad before washing. Add the heating pad to the washer and let it soak for five minutes. Agitate for two minutes, then spin. Fill the washer for a cool rinse, agitate for one minute, and then spin. Dry the pad in an automatic dryer on high heat for only five minutes, or line dry. Remove the damp heating pad from the dryer, block it to its original size, and drape it to finish drying. Do not attempt to iron your heating pad. Once the pad is completely dry, you can plug in the pad and pad connector.
